Waste disposal

A mandatory flat-rate fee will be levied for waste disposal for OutDoor by ISPO 2023. This covers the removal and disposal of waste generated by the exhibitor during setup and dismantling and at his booth throughout the event duration.

The amount charged for the mandatory waste disposal fee is EUR 6.50/m² of exhibition space, plus statutory VAT and will be invoiced with the admission invoice.

The disposal of production waste, entire stand elements and complete exhibition stands is not covered by this fee.
