Note: It is assumed that cameras will be mounted on existing truss structures or on a standard partition wall indoors. Kindly contact us should you require some other type of installation. The hourly rate for complex cabling work (e.g. multi-story exhibition stand) will be charged additionally at EUR 65.00 per hour.

Power requirements: For the installation, an individually fused power connection Schuko 3 kW is required. It is to be provided by the customer and may be ordered separately through the tradefair‘ s exhibitor shop.

Installation equipment: An articulated boom lift or Genie® man-lift is required for aligning truss-mounted cameras. This is to be provided by the customer. Optionally, we will charge a flat fee of EUR 220.00.

We will supply the customer with warning signs pursuant to DIN 33450 required for the notification of video surveillance. The customer is to mount these signs on the stand in a clearly visible location.

Viewing of the material, e.g. in the case of theft, is charged at EUR 70.00 per hour of viewing. Viewing is conducted by our specialist staff. In the case of a suspected criminal act, the customer, and at his request the police and / or insurance companies, will be provided the relevant extract of the recording on a suitable medium. Should the technical partner receive no notification from the customer within 72 hours of the official end of the fair requiring viewing to be conducted, the camera recordings will be deleted without viewing for data protection reasons 96 hours after the official end of the fair.

Recording starts upon the commissioning of the system during stand setup, generally 24 hours prior to the official start of the fair, and ends during the stand dismantling phase, generally by 21:00 of the last show day, or subject to individual agreement.

The deadline for incoming orders will generally be up to 14 calendar days prior to the start of the trade fair. Offer subject to confirmation and while supplies last, valid only for trade fairs of Messe München GmbH on the exhibition grounds of Messe München. Technical changes within reasonable limits reserved.
